Online Ordering:
(a) You must pay the full amount for the ordered goods before enjoying the ordering service.
(b) The promotions offered on this website may not be the same as those in physical stores, and the prices of all products are subject to the prices displayed on this website at the time of ordering.
(c) As the ordering form is processed by computer, it cannot be cancelled or changed halfway through the ordering process. We are not responsible for any problems with the ordering form caused by computer systems.
(d) All orders must be confirmed based on the availability of the relevant products. If we are unable to provide any ordered products, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If we are unable to provide any products on your order, we will notify you by phone or email before shipment. Refunds due to out-of-stock items will be returned within 30 working days, please be patient.
(e) Even if the computer system shows that the transaction has been completed, we still reserve the right to cancel the transaction after notifying you. We reserve the final right to accept or reject orders.
(f) All products for sale are photographed in kind. Due to factors such as environment, lighting, printing, and image combination during photography, the actual product may differ slightly from the image displayed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
(g) If there are any problems with the products sold, please apply for an exchange by email or instant message on the day of receipt. After confirmation, you can exchange the product at Jofiou Beauty's customer service center with the original receipt. Failure to exchange within the specified time will be deemed as a completed transaction.
(h) All sold products are for personal use only and cannot be used for any commercial purposes. We reserve the right to reject any suspected commercial order requests.
(i) We have the right to unilaterally change all the above and other terms and conditions related to the sale of products without any prior notice. If you do not agree, you can terminate the use of the online ordering service. We reserve the right to ensure that the already ordered goods are not affected.
(j) In case of any disputes, we reserve the right of final decision.
