PRODUCT QUALITY PROBLEM

(c) Only one exchange can be made per order.
(d) We will refund you upon receipt of the returned goods (refunds do not include original shipping, customs duties, customs clearance and return shipping). Unless the goods are sent incorrectly or damaged, all shipping costs, customs duties and customs clearance fees arising from returns and exchanges shall be borne by the customer.
(e) All refunds can only be returned to the payment platform used for the order, less 30% handling fee + 0 administrative fee.
